New Home Care Facilities Opened
On October 6, 2010, an office of home palliative care was opened in Cimislia. Thus, one doctor and two nurses work here. This opening was made possible by the partnership with the Social-Medical Charitable Foundation "Angelus Moldova" Hospice "Angelus", The Health Ministry,The Center of Family Doctors from Cimislia and the funds from Soros-Moldova Foundation. In this context, we note that from September 27, 2010 to October 1, 2010, the FFMS "Angelus Moldova" held a training "Palliative care for terminally ill patient" for the subsidiaries from Cimislia and Ocnita.

A new initiative of "Angelus Moldova" supported by its patients
The Charity Foundation for Public Health „Angelus Moldova” came up with the initiative to create a public association for the protection of the rights of the patients with stoma. On June 30, 2010 the patients with stoma gathered in the Hospice “Angelus” in order to discuss the following proposal: the foundation of a new association for the people with such problems and protection of their rights. The main founders of this organization should be the patients themselves.
