Volunteer
If you’re a young person: you can build up an attracktive CV, though you may correspond to that kind of announcements “we hire a person under 25 with 7 years expertise…”. Try a new possible career, make contacts that will be useful in future.
If you’re a senior: you have the opportunity not to lose a lifetime experience when retired. You can demonstrate that being an elder is not a burden, but an irreplaceable resource for the society.
If you’re jobless: staying home you will not find the ideal job for sure. Get involved in volunteering activities and have the chance to accumulate new expertise, have new skills. You can create contacts that could lead you to the job of your dreams.
If you’re hired: involving into a volunteering activity could break the daily work routine and home monotony. You can try a new career. You can resuscitate your forgotten hobbies. You can demonstrate to the community that the institution/organization you’re working for is interested in the community’s life.
For everybody: “Because if we want to live in a better world, we have to contribute to its creation. Be the change that you want to see in the world.” (Mahatma Ghandi).
